Job descriptionDealer Manager - Belgium, The Netherlands, Baltics, UK and Ireland
Dynapac UK Ltd which trades as Dynapac International is looking for a Dealer Manager to support the growth and development of dealers in Belgium, the Netherlands, Baltics, UK and Ireland.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner and the link between Dynapac and the dealers.
This position will report to, and work closely with, the Dynapac International Regional General Manager and will take responsibility for developing and implementing sales and marketing activities for Dynapac product ranges, Rollers, Pavers, Mobile Feeder and Light compaction, to maximize our leadership position and grow our market share.
The location is flexible, but either UK based, or willing to relocate to the UK would be preferrable. The position will require extensive travel across the region and to product companies.
Mission
- Translate the strategic vision of Dynapac into clear and transparent business plans
- You will develop the product offering and channels to deliver high quality customer service and strong business results while ensuring necessary planning and implementation of all required actions & activities to meet the revenue, Gross Profit as well as Customer satisfaction targets.
- The position requires the analysis of stakeholder requirements and the effective prioritization of tasks to ensure these requirements are met and exceeded.
- Work alongside our strategic partners to develop and maintain comprehensive coverage and market penetration of all products across the region.
- Deliver sustainable business growth across the range of Dynapac products and services with equal focus on all pillars.
- Further developing market intelligence, customer mapping and territory coverage.
- You will motivate the dealer sales force, and service support team through excellent business support, product and sales support, information and a spirit of commitment, transparency and innovation.
- Implement the plans and constantly monitoring results while taking corrective actions as required
- Achieve the preset targets in the respective markets.
- Development and growth of market shares for all pillars
- Lead, Support and Develop the local dealer network
Product responsibility for Dynapac
- Coordinate with the dealers to establish and implement the business plans to achieve the set targets
- Sales support for dealer network
- Product Training for dealer product managers and sales team
- Work with the dealers to develop innovative marketing programs and creative sales campaigns
- Work closely with the Aftermarket team to improve product support for our customers.
Sales Responsibility and Coverage
- Develop strong and sustainable sales channels.
- Effective sales and dealer management.
- Implement smart price management to support further market share growth with structural approach
- Ensure the dealer's coverage of the market encompasses all channels and the dealer focus is on all products and services.
- Continuous analysis and mapping of dealer's activities and set the plans for development.
- Regular reporting on sales activities and pipeline
Others
- Maintain good internal and external customer relationship
- Effectively manage the Account Receivables to ensure that the set targets are achieved.
- Monitor and control business activities and expenditure to meet budget guidelines.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics, codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
This position requires travelling.

Experience requirements & knowledge
- Result-oriented and experienced professional with a proven track record in Sales and Marketing in a similar environment.
- Strong distributor management and development skills.
- Solid understanding of road equipment, both technical and application.
- Ability to direct the identification of business opportunities for the profitable growth of the market
- Strong Customer Care focus with strong desire to deliver best practice solutions for our customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Presenting technical and commercial ideas and concepts.
- High level of analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and computer literate
