We are searching for a

HR BUSINESS PARTNER (m/w/d)

As Dynapac's HR Business Partner, you are part of the Divisional HR Team. You will work on a wide variety of Human Resources related projects closely together with local HR teams to implement regulations, policies and support projects, including full-cycle recruitment, employer branding and talent management. You will advise employees strategically and operationally during their full employee life cycle. Due to a colleague leaving the company and the reorganization at the divisional HR level, the position is being readvertised.

The position is based in Wardenburg, Germany, and you will be a direct report to the Director of Human Resources.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Handle recruitments for Dynapac Division Germany
  • Responsible for divisional employees located in Wardenburg (on- offboarding, special HR and admin support)
  • Analyses of divisional People Management reporting (Monthly/ Quarterly)
  • Super user and specialist of Recruitment Eolia system (Fayat Group recruitment platform) – including admin and support to global entitie
  • Employer Branding projects (Planning of Job fairs, Guidance and administration for HR on social media, Update and maintain Dynapac career page)
  • Take a leading key position in Projects (Competence Development, Digitalization, Workflows)
  • Setting up, develop and retain programs for employee retention and development together with Communication Department and local HR Mangers (IDP; Crossroads; Leadership training).
  • Performing a variety of complex administrative duties, incl. salary reviews
  • Take an active role in succession planning
  • Being HR partner for Organizational development
  • Support with FRED HR Projects (HRIS; CSRD)

    About you

    EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE:

    • University degree or comparable education (with subject HR Business/ Psychology or equiv.)
    • Experience in working as a HR Generalist to have background knowledge of employee life cycle management
    • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
    • Fluency in English
    • Ability to use time effectively and prioritize tasks
    • Strong interpersonal skills to deal with individuals at various level
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, skills in setting up SharePoint environments is an asset
