IMS Manager (m/f/d)

Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001), ensuring compliance with legal and corporate requirements.
- Lead internal and external audits and act as the main contact for certification and compliance activities.
- Drive Health, Safety & Environmental programs, including accident investigations, risk reassessments, workplace improvements, and reduction of safety incidents.
- Coordinate local and global improvement projects and further develop the Dynapac Management System.
- Support quality assurance activities, including Quality Gate processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure plant and property compliance with legal, environmental, safety, and insurance requirements, including continuous facility upgrades.
- Act as Data Protection Coordinator.
About you
Experience Requirements & Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in Integrated Management Systems (IMS), Quality Management, or Operational Excellence.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Experience in leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including KPI management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive improvements across the organization.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
