Business Controller - Division (m/f/d)

We are looking for a BUSINESS CONTROLLER - DIVISION (m/f/d) to strengthen our divisional Finance team.
In this role, you will be responsible for internal control processes and reporting activities. Ensure that accounting and reporting standards are followed. You will act as the first point of contact for Unify-related topics and coordinate closely with local entities, auditors, and other internal stakeholders.
You will support the continuous improvement of reporting quality and internal control standards across the entities. In addition, you will prepare analyses and reports to support transparent and data-driven decision-making.
You will work closely with the divisional Finance team, local Finance organizations, and Group Finance.
This position is located in Wardenburg, Germany and directly reports to the Vice President Finance.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate, improve and ensure internal control processes and high-quality financial reporting within the entities and across the division
- Ensure accounting / reporting standards are followed
- Act as the main contact for Unify
- Manage intercompany reconciliation
- Support global audits and coordinate required documentation
- Responsible for transfer pricing documentation and intercompany service agreements
- Prepare financial scorecards and monthly Group reports
- Monitor credit risk and analyse unsecured receivables
- Support Finance projects as well as ad hoc analyses and process improvements
