Develop and maintain Dynapac's Digital Aftersales Tools and bring them to the next level.

We are looking for a person who is bringing a special mix of knowledge and skills in commercial awareness, technical understanding, and with strong project management capabilities.

The ideal candidate understands the strategic importance of e-commerce and digital solutions from a sales and technical perspective. You will be responsible for coordinating and guiding external development partners.

In addition, you will play a key role in strengthening the visibility of Dynapac Aftersales across our digital channels. By implementing a clear communication strategy and consistently “making noise”, you will help drive engagement, increase awareness, and support business growth.

You will be a direct report to the Teamleader Productmanagement and Business Support - Aftermarket.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Be the owner of the Dynapac Digital Aftersales Tools
  2. Maintain and develop these tools together with external suppliers
  3. Support digital transformation initiatives within the Aftersales organization
  4. Identify emerging technologies and innovations that can strengthen Dynapac's market position
  5. Build internal awareness and engagement around digital aftersales initiatives
  6. Ensure consistent messaging aligned with Dynapac's brand promise
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify aftersales success stories and customer value

• Support with communication campaigns and create promotion content and collaborate with internal and external resources

About you

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS & KNOWLEDGE:

  1. A university degree in Marketing, IT, Engineering, or another field that combines commercial and technical perspectives
  2. Min. 5 years working experience
  3. Project management experience
  4. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and good ones in other Office applications
  5. Powerful drive to make things happen
  6. An efficient way to do things
  7. Fluent English mandatory, in best case German, French or Spanish in addition

  2. You have high communication and marketing skills
  3. You have an affinity for the digital environment of today's world
  4. You have good organization and planning skills
  5. You have a positive motivating personality
