Project Overview

In this project, you will work within a cross-departmental context to analyze Dynapac's current sales channel and identify optimizations. The targeted optimizations are both in terms of the tools that are currently in use, integrating these tools more effectively, as well as the processes surrounding the current sales related workflows. These tools include, but are not limited to CRM platforms, analytics software, data integration solutions, PDM systems etc


Project Deliverables

This investigative exercise will span multiple departments and culminate in two deliverables:

  1. A mapping of the current situation of our overall sales process:
    1. Tools (eg analytics software, data integration solutions, PDM systems)
    2. Processes and workflows
    3. Training materials and methods
    4. Documentation and promotional content
  2. A detailed proposal identifying specific opportunities for improvement, focusing on digitalization, automation, and process efficiency.

      About you

      Required Skills and Qualifications
      Due to the cross functional aspect of this project, it will require a broad range of soft skills. Skills that will be advantageous in this project include data analysis, process mapping, familiarity with CRM or sales software, and experience with digital transformation tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate across departments. It is critical that you are a motivated individual(s), with attention to detail and desire to create new business opportunities.
