    Product Manager City and Electric Pavers (m/f/d)

    We are looking for a Product Manager for our City Class Pavers as well as for our electrical paver line up. You will develop the portfolio by considering various factors including latest developments on digitalization & alternate energy drives to enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with an international team of Product Managers and report to Team Leader Global Product Management Paving.

    Job Discribtion

    The main responsibilities for the Product Manager City and Electric Pavers are:

    • Responsible to deliver and maintain the portfolio in a way that drives customer satisfaction
    • Explore and gather information on the spoken and unspoken needs of our customers through activities like Customer Segmentation, Voice of the Customer
    • Track and analyze trends of the industry & market
    • Maintain roadmap based on the market / customer insights & foresight and our strategy
    • Investigate options & initiate New Product Development based on Business Case
    • Develop Product Master Specifications in collaboration with the cross-functional team
    • Enhance the solution offered with modern technologies like digital and alternative energy
    • Drive projects from feasibility to market launch across the organization on a global basis
    • Create value proposition-based content for sales & marketing material in close collaboration with the communication team
    • Product training for sales, support team, partners and customers as required
    • Basic technical support on products and application
    • Monitor sales, profitability & market share development
    • Stay connected with the market via our Customer Centers by assisting on sales & promotional matters as required

    About you

    Experience requirements & Knowledge:

    • Technical or Marketing degree with industry experience
    • Understanding of Asphalt business, application and products is an asset
    • Experience in design thinking / customer centered design
    • Ability to cooperate with customers and stakeholders at different levels
    • Proven business and result oriented background
    • Fluency in English; other languages are meriting
    • Expertise in Microsoft Office 365, skills in setting up SharePoint environments is an asset
    • Expertise in developing digital services is an asset
