Team leader - Global Product Management Compaction

We are looking for a person who will take up a Team leader and coordination role for the Product Marketing team in Karlskrona. The role as team leader will be combined with operational responsibility for a product line within compaction. The person shall lead, inspire, and contribute to our growth and long-term development.

This position is a direct report to Global Marketing Manager.

Mission and main responsibilities are:

In addition to the operational responsibility of a product line, you will lead and co-ordinate Product Marketing & Management activities, and they include:

• Lead and develop your team and people
• For Rollers worldwide
  • Overall direction & strategy, portfolio, go to market
  • Value proposition guidelines, consistency in storyline/ messaging
  • Methodology / templates of roadmaps, business cases
• Alignment with Pavers and Compact Equipment on processes, templates, initiatives
• Connecting with customers and dealers – take lead in planning factory visits
• Level planning, yearly forecast from Customer Centers, other special forecast requests from Business Unit
• Co-ordinate Pricing

This position requires travelling.

Experience and educational requirements

• Technical degree or Marketing degree with several years of experience within product management and knowledge about road equipment is an advantage
• Fluency in English; other languages are meriting
