General Manager - Dynapac Product Company China

As General Manager for our Product Company Tianjin, you have full responsibility for product company operation. You will act as facilitator as well as challenger to your team and you will drive the business with a focus on profitability and growth. Your mission is to further grow and develop China business in line with the outlined Dynapac strategy to be long-term market leader and by our brand and product promise.

This positions reports to Annie Bo, China Managing Director.

The role includes but is not limited to the following duties:

  • Full operational and financial responsibility for below functions in China
    • D&D
    • Manufacturing (production, PE, Lab, logistic & supply chain)
    • Product Marketing
    • Aftermarket Service and Technical Support
    • Quality Control
  • Achieve results as per objectives agreed with China Managing Director and Division
  • Safeguard customer centricity and that we live our brand and achieve product promise
  • Safeguard Dynapac Code of Conduct is fully applied and understood in your organization
  • Safeguard integrity and transparency of operation and of the legal structure by making sure that financial guidelines are understood and applied
  • Interact with Dynapac and Fayat Group Business Units and companies in a constructive and productive way to support the development of synergies
  • Safeguard a healthy and safe working environment
  • Giving strong focus on innovation, quality, cost management, demonstrate efficiency Propose and implement corrective actions to catch up on deviations to plan
  • To develop a lean and agile supply chain concept from supplier to customer
  • To revise the present procedure and set-up
  • Strong customer orientation with production on order delivery
  • Continue improvement of working capital levels.
  • Focus on organizational development, people management and training, to ensure that we have the qualified people within the business
  • Risk management during whole operation process
