    Our company FAYAT ROAD EQUIPMENT DIVISION MEA is searching for experienced candidates for the position of after sales engineer focusing on Central, East & Northwest Africa for Dynapac parts & service products.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Following the company target for aftermarket business in Africa
    • Following up the business potential to make sure of the profitable growth achievement
    • Ensure Dealers have an optimum Dynapac parts inventory, sufficient for high fill rate from shelf stock
    • Sell aftermarket products to dealership & customers
    • Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person
    • Ensure customers are 100% satisfied
    • Work with Dealership Service and Parts Managers to ensure good communication and working relationships with end user
    • Willingness to intensively travel to all countries in the territory to develop the business
    • Cooperate with the company logistics to facilitate the supply chain for all dealers of his area
    • Follow OEM STD guidelines for sales of spare parts & service
    • Will be directly reporting to the Regional Aftermarket Manager for MEA

    About you

    Experience & Knowledge

    • 5 or more years' experience in service & spare parts sales
    • Knowledge of aspects of Road construction machinery OR similar including evaluation of repair
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to find solutions
    • Strong ability to work and communicate with partners, customer service and management
    • Strong ability to work under pressure

    Educational background

    • English fluent speaking is a must
    • FRENCH is a plus
    • Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
    • Excel

    Personality requirements

    • Potential to become an expert in the after sales business
    • You are customer driven and supportive person
    • Open-minded with a strong belief in teamwork
    • Process improvement principles
    • Willingness to travel intensively
    • Have a driving license
