As Thomas Kramer has accepted to take up a new role as Vice President Aftermarket, we are now looking for his successor and a person who wants to continue to effectively grow and develop our Customer Center D-A-CH.

This is a great career opportunity to further develop our market (capital equipment and aftermarket) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with focus on increased market shares and customer centricity with profitability and quality always in mind.

The position is based in Wardenburg, Germany, and you will be a direct report to the Dynapac President.


As General Manager for CC D-A-CH, you have full responsibility for the consolidated results. You will act as facilitator as well as challenger to your teams and you will drive the business with a focus on profitability and growth.

  • Safeguard a solid market share growth for both rollers and pavers
  • Continue and maintain focus on aftermarket growth and profitability, maintaining and develop the organization
  • Control of service variance and set-up action plans whenever applicable
  • Safeguard customer satisfaction from aftermarket for all major contractors in the region
  • Safeguard customer centricity and that we live our brand (Your partner on the road ahead)
  • Have strong focus on price management with the objective to increase overall operating profit and market contribution
  • Take full responsibility for Dynapac sales development, business financial key parameters, income statement and balance sheet, budgets and targets
  • Solid focus on cost reduction and cost control, demonstrate efficiency, manage receivables, ensure collection
  • Strong focus on organizational development, people management and training
  • Actively support Digitalization projects in aim to increase efficiency towards customers and in internal operations
  • People Management focus by:
    • Develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness and respect for the individual in all areas of operation
    • Safeguard a healthy and safe working environment
  • Propose and implement corrective actions to catch-up on deviations to plan
  • Safeguard that Dynapac Code of Conduct & Safety, Health & Environmental policy is fully applied and understood in your organization
  • Safeguard integrity and transparency of operations and of the legal structure, by making sure that financial guidelines are understood and applied


You have a university degree in engineering or marketing or equal by experience. You are fluent in German with good knowledge of English.

We are looking for a person with experienced from Road Equipment and/or Manufacturing industry.

Ideally you will have hands-on experience from the field and have a clear understanding of how to develop the Aftermarket through third party distribution and direct distribution. Customer Center experience, and/or similar experience is preferable.
